All Uniform Wear, will gladly exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unembroidered, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and non-custom item in original condition, with tags still attached, within 30 days of receipt.

ONLINE WEBSTORE POLICY: (An online webstore is a site set up for your school, facility, or business.)

All Uniform Wear will happily exchange or provide a merchandise credit for webstore purchased items that are unembroidered, unwashed, unworn, unaltered non-custom in original condition, with tags still attached, at a local store - within 30 days of receipt.

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your product, we will happily return or exchange any unembroidered, unwashed, unworn, unaltered item in original condition, with tags still attached, (auto dealer apparel also excluded) within 30 days of receipt. If unapproved items are returned to us, they will be sent back at your expense.
For main website purchases NOT placed on a custom SCHOOL, FACILITY, or BUSINESS webstore, please include order number along with a list of items you are returning or exchanging, and ship prepaid to:
